And so,
dotingly he asked
“What do you like?”

And so,
passionately I replied
“What all women like.

“To be touched by a finger stroke so soft
that it feels like your warm breath
upon my cool skin.

To be desired by your mind so fully
giving only what I want you to have
until that moment of absolution
and I give you
my all.

To be comforted by your heart so gently
that my skipping heartbeats
live in the rhythm of yours.

To take your breath and
stay on your mind
and live in your heart
like poetry,
wanting to be desired.”
